Deliveries and Collections
A to B – Easy as 1,2,3
Our passion is beautiful furniture but we realise we need to get it from A to B and back again. We don’t make any margin on deliveries, what we quote is the cost of fuel, driver’s time loading, unloading and driving from our warehouses (in London, Norfolk and Cheshire).
Prices may vary slightly depending on the size of your order, for example, the more you order the longer it takes to load. Also, the access to your venue and times of delivery may affect the price, unsociable hours or the venue being on the first or second floor.
Depending on the order we may allow customers to arrange transport themselves yet this option relies heavily on customers avoiding damaging our furniture in transport with bad packing.

When a job is booked we’ll ask for your delivery preferences, two contact numbers and the full delivery address.
Around a month before your event we’ll allocate a window for delivery and collection (trying, where possible, to fit to your requirements.)
We designate a 2 hour time slot for deliveries that allows us to take into account any unforeseen delays.
A week before your big day we’ll mail you a final confirmation, reconfirming your delivery times, and your order, along with contact information should you need to talk to us on the day.
Please remember that we need access for our Luton sized vans 25 meters to your drop point.
We’ll also need to know if there’s any other delivery restrictions at the venue – these would include any stairs, lift access, tight corridors, off road terrain, large crowds etc.
We are a drop service, when arranging your delivery we’ll ask if you have crew onsite to help the driver unload on the drop and reload on collection. If you need to set up and dress the furniture the day before your event, we’d advise hiring the stock for an extra day so we can deliver the day before you need it. On the day of your delivery we’re not able to guarantee the two hour time slot.
